By developing and executing targeted initiatives, this individual will directly contribute to enhancing Ebury's presence within the NL, BE, and Lux markets and driving business growth. This is a hands-on position for a results-oriented individual who will not only strategise but also actively produce marketing materials and execute activation plans.

About the job

As Marketing Executive for NL, BE, and Lux, you will be responsible for developing the regional marketing plan, defining marketing goals (in collaboration with the regional Sales and Partnership teams), executing Benelux-related marketing campaigns, and coordinating local activities.

You will also be responsible for reporting on quantitative and qualitative KPIs for the region.

This is a regionally focused role, specialising in the marketing strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, including event and hospitality activation management, external communications (PR and Social Media), localised content creation, and lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the NL, BE, and Lux region, targeting financial decision-makers within various industries
  • Identify key marketing channels and tactics to reach this audience (e.g., digital marketing, content marketing, local events, PR).
  • Monitor regional market trends, analyse local competitors, and identify opportunities to differentiate Ebury in the Benelux market.
  • Track and analyse regional campaign performance, optimising and reporting ROI.
  • Define marketing goals in collaboration with the regional Sales and Partnership Teams.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the NL, BE, and Lux region, ensuring efficiency on LTV:CAC and ROI.

Brand Activation and Content Generation:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to leverage Ebury’s brand assets across the regional market.
  • Create engaging, localised content in Dutch and English to promote Ebury's brand and services to Benelux-based clients.
  • Explore opportunities for regional co-branded campaigns and local activations.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all regional activities.
  • Oversee and execute marketing strategy across regional event and hospitality activation management, external communications (PR and Social Media), content creation, and campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of relevant content for the regional sector (website, blog articles, case studies, collaterals, etc.) to position Ebury as a thought leader in the NL, BE, and Lux markets.
  • Guarantee that brand values and corporate identity are aligned and consistent across all regional initiatives

Experience

Required

  • Complete fluency in Dutch: Essential for creating localised content and engaging with stakeholders in the NL, BE, and Lux regions. (Professional proficiency in French is highly advantageous)
  • Proven ability to design marketing strategies that resonate with the Benelux market: This should include a demonstrated understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by regional organisations and the ability to tailor marketing messages to key decision-makers such as CFOs.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing: Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that target business decision-makers using various channels like digital, content, and events.
  • Strong relationship management skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional executives and partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Pardot (Salesforce), WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media channels.

 

Desirable

  • Direct experience in B2B lead generation and sales support.
  • Experience working with global brands and adapting international marketing strategies for the local Benelux cultural context.
  • Knowledge of financial services or Ebury’s specific product offerings.
  • Experience managing regional budgets and reporting.
  • Operational Salesforce / Pardot and Webflow experience
  • Professional proficiency in French is highly advantageous
