And we're looking to grow the team! What's this role about? You'll be a key member of the Haircare Brand Marketing Team, working across MONDAY and being Haircare and supporting with the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including digital media, influencers, grassroots activations and more.  In this role, you will work across multiple international markets with the opportunity to lead key marketing projects at a global and local scale. 
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Contribute to the development and execution of product launches and seasonal moments, supporting across timelines, creative briefs, and retailer-specific activations.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to brief, review, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content for social media, e-commerce, digital, and in-store environments.
  • Influencer & Gifting Coordination: Support influencer seeding initiatives, product gifting programs, and PR outreach to drive brand awareness and earned content.
  • Retailer Marketing: Assist in managing retailer marketing requests including submission of assets, development of product descriptions, and coordination of promotional activities.
  • Market & Trend Research: Monitor beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign direction and inspire fresh ideas.
  • Reporting & Communication: Ensure WIP documents and campaign trackers are consistently updated and accurate. Confidently report back on progress to senior team members and stakeholders, managing "up" effectively with timely updates and clear written communication.
  • General Admin: Support general team operations including budget tracking, sample coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a growing understanding of core marketing principles, preferably brand marketing, digital media and influencers 
  • You studied Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused
  • A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach
  • You’ll have a strategic and curious mindset
  • Team player. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of good humans where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong verbal and visual presentation abilities
  • You are reliable, mature, a self-starter, and you are unafraid to try, test, and have the determination to continuously improve
