Join our dynamic global marketing team at a leading global consulting firm as a Marketing and Events Coordinator! In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and supporting a range of both virtual and in-person B2B events, including sponsored conferences and internal client interactions.
Your main responsibilities will involve engaging with industry associations that Control Risks is affiliated with, assisting in the development of impactful marketing materials—such as emails, newsletters, articles, podcasts, videos, social media posts, biographies, and brochures—managing purchase orders and overseeing budgets, as well as collaborating with various suppliers, including agencies, printers, writers, and designers, to ensure all ad-hoc projects run smoothly.
The perfect candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, excel at balancing multiple priorities, and possess a strong commitment to delivering stellar service. Experience in coordinating events across the Americas is a distinct advantage, particularly as some of our events will be conducted outside of Mexico.
