Primary Function of Position:
Provide support to the Marketing Department for the logistics organization of internal and external events, manage data entry in different marketing management online software, general support to the Marketing team for other marketing-related activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support in the organisation of internal and external events

  • Help coordinators with logistics for events across all specialties: hotel bookings, create Cvent registration link, liaise with Sales team regarding participants logistics, invoices follow up etc.
  • Support marketing team with general administrative tasks as needed (Smartsheet, SFDC calendar, KNAK etc.).
  • Ensure data entry in different events management software and ROI tracking (Marketo campaign, Workfront request, leads and ROI follow up requests)
  • Open PO requests, follow up with vendors’ invoices and account payable requisitions
  • Assist Marketing team with logistics for Intuitive events (Connect, Innovation Forum, Marketing Summit): name badges, printing, animations, etc.
  • Help the organisation of internal marketing meetings (Marketing Summit): hotel, room and restaurant bookings, catering, etc.;

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 or more years’ experience supporting sales and/or marketing teams;
  • Languages (spoken and written): fluent in English and French;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills coupled with ability to interact with a variety of departments (compliance, marketing, sales, finance);
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-environment providing cross functional support;
  • Flexible and reliable;
  • A keen ability to coordinate projects, organizing, prioritizing and coping pressure involved with multi-tasking and key deadlines;
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite (Excel, Power point...).
