This is internship is part-time (24 hours per week), hybrid (Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Wexford office), and temporary (for 11 months).

THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

We are seeking a talented part-time Marketing Intern for an eleven-month term, beginning in February 2026 and concluding in December 2026. This role will play a key part in supporting our event and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Event Marketing Specialist, the Event Marketing Intern will assist in planning and executing our participation in both third-party and company-hosted events, with a focus on driving sales pipeline growth across the Americas region.

ROLE: 

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual eager to learn more about marketing and event planning. The internship provides meaningful, hands-on experience and the chance to develop new skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As part of the team, you will support the Event Marketing Specialist and Field Marketing Managers by assisting with pre- and post-event planning, coordination, and reporting across all events.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Assist with ordering, inventory management, and shipping of booth furniture, event supplies, banners, swag, and marketing collateral for third-party and regional events
• Support the submission, tracking, and coordination of event contracts and purchase requisitions
• Manage swag inventory and fulfillment using the Reachdesk platform
• Manage and distribute the monthly internal events newsletter
• Update and maintain the events page on the company website

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; senior standing preferred

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track inventory, budgets, and logistics accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with marketing or event platforms (ex: CRM systems, or swag platforms like Reachdesk) a plus
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Marketing Event Intern

Base Range minimum: $22/hour

Base Range maximum: $25/hour

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered.
