JOB SUMMARY The Marketing & Enablement Senior Manager, is an individual contributor, who reports to the VP of Marketing & Partnerships and is responsible for designing and implementing donor journeys, major donor fundraising products, and setting our major donor communication strategy. You’ll be embedded in the Key Relationships team to understand their unique goals and needs and then work closely with the wider Marketing team to shape strategies that create world-class experiences and campaigns that expand our Major Donor supporter base and increase Lifetime Value. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Product to develop world-class stories, reports, digital experiences, and communications that further the charity: water brand.   YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… ●      Creating and implementing a customized major donor marketing strategy, informed by donor insights, and aligned with donor products ●      Designing and implementing end-to-end donor journeys for major donors, from awareness through long-term engagement ●      Leading the development of charity: water’s comprehensive email, SMS and direct mail programs for our major donor audiences across acquisition and retention; including leading campaign development and fundraising products ●      Enhancing storytelling elements in marketing strategies to create compelling narratives that resonate with our consumer base and effectively communicate our brand story ●      Providing regular reports and insights to leadership, identifying trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth ●      Equipping development representatives with marketing collateral, talking points, email communications and engagement tools ●      Developing and maintaining segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted communication and work closely with the Data & Analytics team to leverage donor data for effective segmentation and targeting ●      Collecting and identifying actionable insights on our communications through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops that can inform our strategies YOU MUST HAVE… ●      7+ years nonprofit marketing or fundraising experience ●      3+ years in project management ●      Experience in sales enablement ●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills ●      Proven success collaborating across people, teams, and departments and working against competing priorities ●      Understanding of donor journey frameworks and moves management ●      Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE… ●      Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems ●      Experience with direct mail and print communications ●      Experience managing fundraising products YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF...
