What You’ll Do as a Marketing Ecosystem Operations Specialist at Arteris
We are seeking a Marketing Ecosystem Operations Specialist to support the development and operational execution of our strategic partner programs. In this role, you will manage partner lifecycle processes including contracts and renewals, and drive rigorous reporting to ensure measurable business impact.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align partner initiatives with corporate objectives and support our cutting-edge Network-on-Chip (NoC) Semiconductor IP,SoC Integration Automation and Hardware Cybersecurity solutions. Over time, this role may expand to coordinate broader ecosystem-driven marketing programs and joint initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner & Contract Management: Oversee day-to-day partner engagement, including contracts, renewals, performance tracking, and issue resolution. 
  • Program Execution: Support the creation, help design, and manage structured partner programs. Track effectiveness and continuously optimize performance. 
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and run rigorous reporting on partner performance, renewals, and ecosystem health. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. 
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate partner data in business systems. Leverage Airtable relational databases and reporting tools to support decision-making. 
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with internal teams to ensure ecosystem strategies align with company goals and revenue objectives. 
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or ecosystem operations. 
  • Experience managing contracts, renewals, and structured partner lifecycle processes. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience running disciplined reporting and performance analysis. 
  • Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems, partnership management platforms, and relational databases. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline. 
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented. 
  • Strong communicator. 
  • Collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded. 
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in semiconductor, IP, EDA, or related technology ecosystems. 
  • Experience coordinating joint marketing or ecosystem programs. 
Education Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
Estimated Base Salary  
144,000 PLN to 196,000 PLN Gross annually.
