They are now looking to hire a Marketing Designer who will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team across multiple brands by creating engaging, on-brand designs for packaging, digital campaigns, social media, trade materials, and in-store promotions.

 

Job/Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and design packaging, POS materials, catalogues, and trade marketing assets.
  • Create digital and social media content, including e-commerce tiles and campaign visuals.
  • Produce video edits, 3D product renders, and compile visual presentations for marketing use.
  • Adjust international brand assets to suit local market requirements.
  • Develop brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with brand managers to bring marketing campaigns and creative ideas to life.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are completed within project timelines.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in design for consumer-facing or FMCG brands, preferably within health, beauty, or baby product categories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design, social media, and print production.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple brand styles simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to various brand tones and marketing directions.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
