Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on website initiatives, from intake to delivery.
  • Act as a Delivery Lead within pod-based teams, ensuring timely execution, clear prioritization, and smooth coordination across creative, compliance, and technical teams.
  • Manage project intake, scheduling, backlog prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Kanban boards and backlog items in Workfront, ensuring accurate metadata and delivery tracking.
  • Implement legal and compliance feedback post-review, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping in tools such as Workfront and Confluence.
  • Coordinate closely with UX/design, engineering, and channel teams to support email and web deployments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including marketing managers and investment professionals, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and OKRs.
  • Collaborate cross-pod with ISRP and VA teams to leverage shared resources such as design and editorial support.
  • Lead by example, setting priorities, directing work, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

Must-have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or marketing operations roles.
  • Strong experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on website execution.
  • Proven expertise in project management and agile marketing practices, including backlog management and prioritization.
  • Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Workfront (or similar platforms).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating creative, compliance, and technical teams in regulated or complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. 
  • Experience working in pod-based or matrixed delivery models.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance processes and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, design, and engineering teams in digital delivery contexts.
