As a Marketing Data Analytics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hostinger's data-driven marketing strategy. You will build and lead a team of marketing data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

What You Will Do:
- Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.
- Oversee execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes.
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
- Collaborate with key marketing team stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team.

- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channel performance differences, and marketing attribution concepts.
- Extensive hands-on data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL & Data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
- Stakeholder management experience with effectively collaborating within the marketing team.
- Innovative thinking & results-oriented attitude that drives continuous improvement.
