Marketing Data Analyst - Actives

TLDR

Contribute analytical expertise to the Global Marketing Analytics team, influencing marketing strategies for over 30 markets through data-driven insights and collaborative projects.

About the role: What's in the Box

The service provider will contribute to the Global Marketing Analytics domain as a Marketing Data Analyst – Actives. This engagement focuses on providing high-level analytical services to shape data-driven marketing strategies for the existing HelloFresh customer base across 30+ markets. The contractor will collaborate closely with the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function to drive technical insights related to customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

  • Provide analytical services to the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function by translating complex business queries into technical tasks and delivering data-driven insights.

  • Develop and evolve sophisticated reporting and visualization assets to support global performance oversight and strategic decision-making.

  • Execute the measurement, benchmarking, and monitoring of Global Actives Engagement performance, identifying technical trends and optimization opportunities for business KPIs.

  • Deliver analytical project support in coordination with Marketing, Product, and Tech stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Enhance analytical delivery by designing and advocating for scalable, automated, and standardized technical solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the Global Marketing Analytics community to support best practices.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

  • A collaborative, project-oriented mindset with a focus on solving complex business problems through data.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field, ideally within a B2C or subscription model.

  • Deep technical understanding of Customer Engagement and Retention metrics and their impact on global business performance.

  • A structured approach to service delivery, with the ability to decompose broad requirements into actionable analytical phases.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Spreadsheets.

  • Proven experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI).

  • Knowledge of Python is considered a significant asset.

  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proven track record of reliable service delivery and confidence in managing technical stakeholder interactions.
