The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing exciting visual content, managing digital channels, and delivering marketing campaigns that elevate the brand. You’ll work across design, web, print, product promotion, and internal communications—making this a truly diverse and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities, including:

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Developing and delivering the company’s marketing strategy and campaign plans
  • Conducting market research, analysing trends, and monitoring competitor activity
  • Creating marketing materials including brochures, flyers, adverts, videos, and blog content
  • Managing social media channels and online marketing activity
  • Producing monthly newsletters and regular customer communications
  • Supporting trade shows, product launches, and marketing events
  • Tracking campaign performance and presenting insights to management

Brand & Content

  • Ensuring full adherence to brand guidelines
  • Creating engaging visual content for digital and print
  • Managing in‑house and external communications
  • Supporting the sales team with promotional materials and product information

Website & Digital

  • Updating website content, pricing, banners, and promotional items
  • Implementing SEO improvements for new and existing products
  • Monitoring search behaviour, traffic, and competitor pricing
  • Driving initiatives to increase website visibility and growth

Data, Reporting & Administration

  • Tracking product line sales, costs, and marketing expenditure
  • Maintaining customer databases and CRM records
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Educational Products Team

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A professional qualification in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and customer behaviour
  • Proficiency with social media, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability to track performance and identify improvements
  • Effective project management and time‑management skills
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external partners

    Software & Tools; Experience with the following is essential: Photoshop | Illustrator | Adobe Acrobat | InDesign | Adobe Premiere Video
