  • Position: Marketing Coordinator, Full Time
  • Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid
  • Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible)
  • Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, potential bonuses and incentives, medical and dental benefits (no qualifying period), 401k

Responsibilities



  • Content Creation & Management – Develop messaging for ad campaigns, social media, email, and the website. Design and edit graphics and videos to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
  • Website & Analytics – Maintain website content and design, monitor visitor analytics, and suggest improvements.
  • Events & Promotions – Plan and coordinate conferences, internal events, and promotional merchandise from concept through execution, including logistics, collateral creation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting – Monitor metrics for website, social media, paid campaigns, and events; compile quarterly and yearly reports; identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • CRM Management - Assist in managing and marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in a marketing role with responsibilities across content, project coordination, and reporting
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Experience with WordPress and/or Webflow
  • Position requires occasional lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
