We are seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Marketing in executing high-impact campaigns and events. This is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between creative design, digital operations, and event logistics.

Day to Day Expectations

Event Management (Digital & Physical)

  • Assist with the full lifecycle of client events, from building RSVP landing pages to handling venue logistics and providing on-the-ground coordination.
  • Assist with planning and execution digital workshops and webinars, handling technical setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up of digital events performed by our SMEs.
  • Travel within the USA and Canada may be occasionally required.

Content Creation & Brand Design

  • Create visually appealing assets for digital ads, website graphics, social media, and printed sales collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Canva.
  • Draft engaging copy for emails, blogs, and social posts, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline the drafting and editing process.
  • Own the social content calendar (On LinkedIn in particular), engaging with our audience to drive organic growth.

Marketing Operations & Tech Stack

  • Update and maintain website content and landing pages (HubSpot CMS experience preferred).
  • Assist in managing the marketing data within HubSpot CRM to ensure leads/RSVPs/Opportunities are tracked and routed correctly.
  • Act as a face of the marketing team, presenting updates to stakeholders and interacting confidently with prospects and clients.

Requirements

Basics

  • Minimum 1 year of experience planning and operating high-value in-person client events, from initial landing page builds that collect RSVPs to event coordination.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience planning and operating online digital webinars and workshops.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms and social account content management (in particular, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable speaking and presenting face-to-face with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Occasional travel within the USA and Canada  
  • A motivated professional excited to work with people on proactive approaches to problem-solving.

Nice to Haves

  • Demonstrable experience leveraging industry-standard graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Canva, or comparable) for branded advertising, web graphics, and printed sales materials.
  • Experience leveraging common website CMS systems (HubSpot CMS preferred) for online advertising, organic promotion, and event logistics.
  • Experience leveraging common CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).
  • Leveraging Artificial Intelligence tooling to assist with efficient copywriting and content generation.
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing for enterprise businesses.
  • Competency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of common paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Understanding of current-day marketing measurement and analytics best practices.
  • Experience with work management tooling such as Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.

Compensation: 60,000-65,000 CAD
