M9 Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work hybrid remote/on-site for a client located in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities

Support association-wide marketing initiatives for events, membership, and content across print and digital channels.
Contribute to email marketing campaigns that drive ROI by tracking performance metrics and key KPIs.
Assist with social media marketing, multimedia content, event promotion, and partner relationship coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required, or equivalent professional marketing experience.
Experience with digital marketing, including email campaigns and list segmentation, as well as email platforms such as Higher Logic.
Familiarity or experience with Content Management Systems and/or Customer Relationship Systems, specifically Nimble or Salesforce, is a plus.
Prior experience in or exposure to government, defense, or professional associations is a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
Able to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for new initiatives.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Curious and adaptable, with a hunger to learn and grow.

Salary Range

$50,000—$60,000 USD
