The Opportunity

As a Marketing Coordinator at OES, you’ll play a hands‑on role in driving student recruitment through smart, integrated campaigns. Working closely with our internal teams and external agencies, you’ll help deliver high‑performing media, creative and content across a variety of digital and traditional channels.

What you’ll do

  • Help deliver lead and enrolment targets for our partner universities
  • Write effective, insight‑driven briefs for both media and creative
  • Support the transition of marketing activity from external agencies to in‑house delivery
  • Coordinate campaigns end‑to‑end ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality stay on track
  • Strengthen the student journey through thoughtful, creative thinking
  • Champion partner brand guidelines across every touchpoint
  • Assist with budget management and reporting
  • Build trusted relationships across internal teams (Sales, Digital, Marketing Automation, Academic, Finance, Data)

About You

  • 2+ years’ marketing experience client‑side or agency
  • Experience in the higher education sector (or adjacent industries with similar complexity)
  • Exposure to in‑housing marketing functions: you understand how to collaborate with agencies while growing internal capabilities
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels (paid search, social, display, etc.)
  • Confidence writing clear creative and media briefs
  • Experience with content creation and working with creative teams
  • Strong digital and data literacy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a creative approach to problem‑solving
