Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Greater China, will provide day-to-day support for local marketing initiatives to help grow the Topps brand and engage sports fan communities across China. This role focuses on assisting with fan community partnerships, supporting online community engagement, and coordinating marketing materials and event logistics.

This is an entry-level role ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of marketing experience who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about sports culture. The position requires strong communication skills in both English and Chinese and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Fan Community & Event Support

  • Support the team in maintaining relationships with sports fan clubs across basketball, football, and baseball communities.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of co-branded fan activities and local events.
  • Provide logistical and on-site support for events, including preparation, setup coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Help collect feedback and basic performance data from fan activities to support post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure necessary resources and materials are prepared for partnership activities

Online Community & Marketing Support

  • Assist with daily operations of official online communities, including content posting and monitoring community engagement.
  • Support the execution of user engagement initiatives and online campaigns.
  • Respond to routine fan inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Track basic community growth metrics and help prepare summary reports.

Marketing Materials & Logistics Coordination

  • Support the production and coordination of marketing materials, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist with organizing and tracking marketing materials for events, including inventory coordination and shipment tracking.
  • Provide on-site material support during marketing activities and help reconcile materials post-event.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials and logistics information.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Event or activation experience is a plus; interest in sports is highly desirable.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin required).
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
