Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and lead quality to meet growth targets


Content Creation & Social Media

  • Produce and schedule content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics)
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and compelling messaging
  • Engage with audiences and respond/escalate inquiries


SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Execute SEO strategies and publish relevant blog content monthly
  • Track keyword performance and site analytics


Lead Generation & Reporting

  • Track and report KPIs such as cost per lead, conversions, engagement
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase lead volume
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance


Reputation & Brand Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews
  • Ensure positive brand presence across digital channels


Community Marketing & Partnerships

  • Research local events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Support referral programs and community engagement initiatives


Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for content capturing
  • Provide marketing assets and communications support to team members


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong content creation skills, including short-form video production
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads and SEO
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to report on performance
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Highly organized and able to work independently


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with AI video editing tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation
  • Experience with event marketing or community outreach
