Objective:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of US Marketing initiatives across programs, events, and campaigns. This role plays a key operational function in ensuring marketing materials, programs, and assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal processes.



You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, creative, finance, and external vendors to support a growing portfolio of initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who enjoys execution, coordination, and keeping complex programs running smoothly.



Main Responsibilities



· Manage marketing operations including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and internal trackers

· Coordinate fulfillment of marketing and in office materials

· Custodian of a curated image library. Collect, review, organize, and edit approved marketing images, consents and assets

· Support review and approval process including submissions, routing and revisions for the team

· Coordinate marketing materials for new hires in partnership with sales, HR, and other vendors

· Support execution of marketing programs and initiatives, including tracking activity, preparing reports and providing recap decks

· Review eligibility and fulfill approved requests for marketing tools and programs

· Support trade shows, meetings, and events, including material preparation and onsite support, as needed

· Coordinate collateral printing, warehousing, inventory management, and shipment of marketing materials

· Manage program submissions, fulfillment logistics, and incentive processing as applicable

· Pull program metrics and analytics to support reporting and optimization, create and manage a dashboard to help the team track ROI on programs and events

· Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and help reduce operational bottlenecks across marketing initiatives

· Other marketing support needs



Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or program support in Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word required

· Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira) preferred

· Familiarity with Veeva Vault or regulated marketing environments is a plus

· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

· Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or brand and marketing operations



Salary Range
For roles based in jurisdictions that require pay transparency (including California, Washington, Hawaii, New York, and Colorado), the expected annual base pay for this position is $65,000 – $75,000. This reflects our current assessment of the role. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and work location. The range may be updated over time.
