Marketing & Communications intern  

Flexible days & duration (preferred: 6+ months) 


As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll support the daily activities of our Marketing & Communications team and gain practical experience across both external and internal communications for Tradin Organic and its subsidiaries. You’ll learn how a professional marketing team operates within an international company while helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. 

Requirements

Your tasks, responsibilities and objectives 

  • Assist with daily administration and operational tasks within the Marketing & Communications team 

  • Learn to support digital marketing and content management (website updates, reporting, marketing automation basics) 

  • Help create or update digital and print materials, such as product sheets, presentations, and advertisements 

  • Contribute to basic graphic design and asset creation using Canva and, if interested, Adobe tools 

  • Support the Trade Show & Events team with practical preparation tasks (samples, inventory checks, updating slide decks) 

  • Assist in internal communications by helping draft and publish updates for colleagues around the world 

  • Actively seek learning opportunities: new tools, new processes, or new marketing skills 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently studying or recently completed an MBO/HBO program in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field 

  • Some experience through previous internships, part-time work, or school projects is welcome but not required 

  • Strong written and spoken English. Dutch, Spanish, French, or German is a plus 

  • Comfortable with MS Office; interest in improving your PowerPoint or Excel skills 

  • Familiarity with Canva or eagerness to learn; basic Adobe skills are a plus 

  • Hands-on mindset: you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and supporting administrative and operational tasks 

  • Curiosity about CMS tools, email marketing platforms, social scheduling, and marketing automation 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to handle recurring administrative tasks
