Job Description
1. Digital Content Creation (B2B and B2C)
- Develop and design digital marketing content, including social media posts, advertorials, blogs, videos, leaflets, and graphic materials.
- Manage content across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, LINE, TikTok, websites, and other company-managed channels.
- Utilize AI tools to support content ideation and multimedia creation.
2. Event Marketing Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, live streams, trainings, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, display setup, giveaways, and on-site support.
- Work closely with internal teams, customers, and event organizers.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance and ROI.
3. Sales and Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for office operations, including preparing official letters, handling procurement processes, and managing general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on partner and competitor activities.
Reporting Line:
Report directly to the Regional Marketing Communications Manager for Public Address.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai are required; knowledge in Vietnamese is a plus
- Capable of using AI as a tool for supporting the marketing communications like content, image and video creation.
- Able to do the writing for commercial communications like social media, newsletter and commercial message in both of Thai and English languages.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Power Point, Canva, and video editing software
- Energetic, creative, and detail-focused, with a strong drive to learn and grow. Flexible and able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Additional Information
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days per week, on-site.
- 4-6 months of internship
