We’re looking for a Campaigns Coordinator to help execute Gearset’s marketing campaigns with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns, you’ll follow established frameworks to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
This role is perfect for a highly organised, process-driven, and collaborative individual who thrives on execution. As a true 'doer,' you'll ensure marketing campaigns are flawlessly implemented, meeting deadlines, and driving maximum impact.
What's the opportunity for a Campaigns Coordinator?
Execute marketing campaigns according to frameworks and playbooks, with a focus on driving lead acquisition and engagement.
Coordinate campaign activities across marketing channels, including email, paid media, social media, content, and virtual events.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to keep campaigns on track.
Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting key insights to the Marketing Manager – Campaigns.
Maintain clear documentation of campaign schedules, assets, and results.
About you
You’re an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple tasks
You are proactive and willing to take ownership to ensure campaigns run smoothly
You have strong communication skills and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
You have experience in a similar role executing multi-channel campaigns
Great to haves
Experience in writing concise, compelling B2B copy for SaaS products.
A results-driven approach and understanding of the importance of tracking
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)
Salary is £28k - £35k (depending on experience)
This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a week in the office)
