Marketing Campaign Manager

AI overview

Lead the development of data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and pipeline growth, partnering with teams across the organization for maximum impact.

Percona is on a mission to make open source databases and data infrastructure better — and easier — for everyone. We’re a global, remote-first company helping customers around the world optimize and scale their data operations using open source technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes and Valkey.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to take the lead in driving integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and strengthen engagement across our audience segments. This is a hands-on role for a creative, metrics-focused marketer who thrives on building campaigns that convert and collaborate across teams to make it all happen.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Marketing Campaign Calendar:
Coordinate, plan, and maintain the global marketing campaign calendar — ensuring alignment across content, product marketing, events, community and sales.

  • Design, Build, and Execute Lead Gen Campaigns:
Create and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, web, and ABM) targeting our Tier 1–3 audiences to drive engagement, MQLs, and pipeline growth.

  • Manage Our ABM Agency:
Partner closely with our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) agency to execute hyper-personalized campaigns across 70+ strategic accounts. Track results and continually refine tactics for maximum impact.

  • Collaborate with the BDR Team:
Share real-time campaign insights with our Business Development Reps (BDRs) to improve speed-to-lead response times and boost conversion metrics.

  • Optimize and Report Campaign Performance:
Monitor key metrics, identify performance gaps, and make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and ROI across channels.

  • Integrate Paid and Social Activities:
Support the management of paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring they’re seamlessly aligned with our broader campaign strategy.

What You Have Done

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing campaign management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or open source environments.

  • Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of ABM and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience collaborating with sales or BDR teams to drive campaign alignment and effectiveness.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and improving.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping teams aligned.

If you’re ready to own big campaigns, shape our demand generation strategy, and help tell the Percona story to the world — we’d love to meet you!
