Job Summary:

We’re looking for a systems-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist who can build and scale predictable B2B lead pipelines.

This role owns the quality and volume of leads that the sales team works with. It is not a marketing support role — it is a revenue-driving function responsible for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert to pipeline.

You will design campaigns, build automation systems, and write high-performing outreach that converts founders and operators into qualified sales conversations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation engine that produces consistent MQL volume.
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Build systems that convert top-of-funnel leads into sales-qualified pipeline.
  • Track and improve MQL → SQL conversion rates.

Marketing Automation & Outbound Infrastructure

  • Build automated outbound sequences using tools like: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly or equivalent outreach automation platforms.
  • Design multi-step email + LinkedIn outreach workflows.
  • Build lead enrichment and segmentation workflows using tools like: Hunter, Clearbit, Apollo, Clay

High-Conversion B2B Copywriting

  • Write highly personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build outreach that feels personalized and relevant — not mass blasted.
  • Continuously test subject lines, messaging frameworks, and hooks.

Campaign Management & Experimentation

  • Plan and execute campaigns across channels such as: Outbound automation, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (for B2B targeting) Lead magnets and landing pages
  • Create landing pages and lead magnets designed to capture top-of-funnel demand.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Growth Skills

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and outbound sequencing tools
  • Strong B2B copywriting skills for cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to design lead qualification and scoring frameworks
  • Experience managing data-driven demand generation campaigns

Technical & Data Skills

  • Experience with lead enrichment tools
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills for campaign analysis

Domain & Context

  • Familiarity with the Indian D2C / eCommerce founder ecosystem
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, or accounting challenges faced by SMBs
  • Prior experience working in early-stage startups building systems from scratch
