The Marketing Automation Specialist team member supports the execution of client campaigns, such as the development and implementation of marketing and sales customer engagement programs, including batch & blast, sponsored emails, webinars, nurture programs, A/B tests, and trigger-based communications.
Qualified applicants must possess a background in demand generation and/or marketing operations with an interest in building out marketing automation skills in Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
This role works with key internal stakeholders to understand our client’s business needs and goals and execute requirements based on guidance from the Client Lead, Martech Supervisor, and other senior team members to properly execute, test, and quality ensure all programs and facilitate the completion of a client engagement by partnering with project management team members.
Our delivery team uses several tools, including an advanced project management platform, communications systems, as well as testing and quality assurance processes and platforms. The Marketing Automation Specialist team member must be comfortable working within an environment that leverages technology to efficiently deliver our services and values accountability and collaboration to ensure success across all client engagements.
This role is specifically aligned to support the North America region (West Coast - Pacific Time) clients. The working hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
