We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Specialist to design, build, and optimize email marketing and lifecycle programs across the customer journey. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in creating campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, while also supporting areas like lead nurturing, database management, and system integrations. This is a mid-level, individual contributor role with hands-on ownership of campaigns and lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Automation Administrator, you will:

• Design, build, and optimize email campaigns, nurture sequences, and triggered lifecycle programs in Marketo.
• Execute A/B testing and personalization strategies (subject lines, dynamic content, segmentation).
• Manage and optimize the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, effective segmentation, deduplication, and overall quality.
• Track, analyze, and share insights on lifecycle and email performance, campaign conversion, and attribution, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Mailchimp, Intercom, etc.) to support scalable lifecycle programs and reliable day-to-day operations.
• Document processes, workflows, and campaign guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Gather qualitative feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to improve processes, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Marketing Automation Administrator, you should:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, A/B testing, personalization).
• Experience supporting customer lifecycle programs across activation, engagement, and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable improvements, leveraging Excel for reporting, segmentation, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, or equivalent).
