This role is based in the Philippines and will support our distributor’s local office in Quezon City, Philippines (onsite) About the role: The Marketing Associate will support the local ZURU marketing team by providing hands-on operational support for day-to-day marketing activities, including recruitment programs and brand activations. This role will work closely with the Community Managers and the Leverex team to help ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly.   • Prepare and organise products and PR kits for seeding, including allocation, packing and readiness for dispatch
  • Coordinate shipping logistics by scheduling dispatches, booking couriers, and communicating delivery details with recipients
  • Track and document all outgoing products and PR kits, maintaining accurate records to support inventory control and campaign reporting
  • Livestreaming Support
  • Assist with TikTok livestream preparation, including setting up products, samples, merch, and basic livestream materials
  • Support livestream operations by helping manage inventory, tracking products used or sold
  • Assist the team before and after livestreams with setup, pack-down, basic reporting, and ensuring brand content are aligned with the ZURU marketing team
  • Affiliate Recruitment
  • Help scout TikTok affiliates by building and maintaining a database of potential creators for review and assessment of the marketing team
  • Track affiliate deliverables by monitoring published content against agreed contracts and updating status in shared trackers
  • Coordinate with the Leverex team on end-to-end affiliate support, from enrolment to payouts once content deliverables are completed
  • Event and Brand Activation Support
  • Help with event ingress and egress, including overseeing product and booth handover to and from agencies
  • Provide on-site support during events as needed to help ensure smooth execution of on-ground activities
  • Inventory Management and Reporting
  • Assist with tracking and managing of inventory of marketing materials, samples, GWPs, merch, and event assets
  • Flag low stock levels of samples and PR kits to the marketing team to support timely planning and execution
  • Skills & Experience
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in supporting marketing, events, admin or operations related-roles
  • You have strong exposure to coordination tasks such as logistics support or inventory tracking
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to details
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication and networking skills
  • Self-management, Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, collaborative spirit, openness to feedback
