About the Role   As a Marketing Associate at GoTo Financial, you'll be at the heart of merchant engagement for GoPay Merchant and Moka, bringing CRM campaigns to life and ensuring they reach the right merchants at the right time. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you'll handle end-to-end campaign execution while keeping a close eye on performance data to help the team make smarter decisions. This role suits someone detail-oriented, data-curious, and eager to grow in a fast-moving fintech environment.   What You Will Do
  • Execute CRM campaigns across the GoPay Merchant and Moka merchant lifecycle, including setup, segmentation, scheduling, and quality checks
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, translating data into clear summaries and actionable recommendations for the team
  • Support the CRM and Product Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating go-to-market activities for merchant-facing products and features
  • Maintain and update merchant segmentation lists to ensure accurate and relevant targeting
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Data teams to coordinate campaign assets and ensure smooth delivery
  • Assist in the development and documentation of marketing programs and processes
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects as needed
  • What You Will Need
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, growth, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting — proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously
  • Good written communication skills with a knack for clear, merchant-friendly messaging
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant/SME-facing products is a plus
