The Marketing Assistant plays a critical execution and coordination role within the Marketing team. This individual ensures campaigns, projects, and events move forward efficiently, timelines are respected, and stakeholders remain aligned. As our partner continues to grow, the Marketing Assistant will help maintain the structure and flow of information necessary for the success of the team's initiatives, making a significant impact on overall productivity and project delivery. Accountabilities
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social posts, presentations, collateral).
  • Support content publishing and campaign launches by managing deadlines, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Own project coordination for marketing initiatives from kickoff to completion.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
  • Serve as the point of contact between marketing, sales, vendors, and external partners.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks and help resolve them.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear status updates and follow-ups.
  • Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
