We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Assistant Manager (Contractor) for a one-year contract to support Whoscall’s marketing and partnership initiatives. This role will play a key part in driving user growth, managing strategic partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns during a critical coverage period. Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute quarterly partnership initiatives, identifying and onboarding strategic partners to drive Whoscall’s user acquisition and growth.
  • Own and manage Mission Board partnerships, including partner sourcing, relationship management, and end-to-end operational execution.
  • Analyze app performance and user behavior, leveraging data insights and user research to develop effective marketing strategies and proposals.
  • Support business development efforts, including client proposals, campaign planning, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service (CS), and other teams to support feature launches, marketing initiatives, and user experience improvements.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using key metrics (e.g., MAU, ROI, conversion rates) to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns or content initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with native-level Mandarin and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Prior experience in app-based or growth-focused products is a plus.
  • Experience in 0-to-1 go-to-market planning and execution for product features or marketing initiatives.
