Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support key areas of the Marketing team, including operations, email marketing, and content coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and support campaign execution, reporting, and content initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Assistance
- Pull weekly reports and maintain campaign dashboards.
- Manage workflow tools to keep teams aligned and organized.
- Support lifecycle marketing programs across channels.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
- Set up and QA outbound sequences and basic automation.
2. Email & SMS Marketing Support
- Upload creative and build campaigns in ESPs.
- Segment lists and manage customer data quality.
- QA email flows and ensure proper rendering and deliverability.
- Schedule and optimize email and SMS campaigns.
3. Podcast & Content Support
- Manage podcast guest outreach, communication, and scheduling.
- Assist in coordinating with external marketing and PR teams.
- Track content performance and maintain reporting logs.
- Extract insights and create clips or snippets for social, newsletters, and campaigns.
Secondary Support
- Assist with paid social campaigns: uploading ads, monitoring pacing, and reporting performance.
- Support marketing dashboards, reporting, or data visualization.
- Help run small tests or optimizations across campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, email marketing, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools: ESPs, workflow tools, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Benefits
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Location Preference: Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, or Metro Davao (Philippines)
Salary Range: $900 - $1200 per month
