Marketing Assistant - AWAL

What you'll do:

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external marketing meetings, handling all logistical arrangements
• Process invoices and maintain administrative systems including the weekly radio monitor registry
• Take comprehensive meeting notes and track action points from marketing discussions
• Manage campaign assets and organize digital libraries across all platforms and internal systems
• Support artist events and promo by coordinating guest lists, making travel arrangements, and taking care of  on-site logistics
• Support the marketing team with data analysis and research
• Support the marketing team in liaising with external promotion teams and agencies to ensure the smooth running of our artist campaigns

• Transparent communicator; able to provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
• Exceptional co-ordination and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
