Core Responsibilities (EA Base)
- Manage executive inbox and correspondence
- Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
- Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips
- Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings
- Organize files, documents, and data for easy access
- Book travel and manage itineraries
- Conduct light research to support decision-making
Marketing Emphasis Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Repurpose blogs, podcasts, or videos into short-form content
- Create graphics, decks, and templates in Canva
- Draft and schedule email newsletters or nurture campaigns
- Manage content calendars and brand assets
- Edit short videos and reels (CapCut, Canva)
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing support or executive assistant experience
- Skilled in social media tools, Canva design, and light video editing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with creativity and adaptability
- Naturally proactive, consistent, and collaborative — keeps content and campaigns moving
- Growth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scale
