Role overview:

We are looking for a highly proactive Marketing and Social Media Executive to support our social media presence and day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves coordinating content creation, managing external partners, supporting regional teams, and ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant delivery across all marketing channels.


Key Functions:

Social Media Management & Content Support

  • Execute and optimize social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Develop and maintain global content calendars.
  • Prepare content briefs, draft captions, and coordinate with designers and agencies for visual and video assets.
  • Monitor competitors, industry news, and social trends to keep content relevant and competitive.

External Contractor & Agency Coordination

  • Manage and communicate with external contractors, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality output.
  • Track deliverables and maintain smooth collaboration workflows.

Campaign, Events & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Support webinars, events, and marketing campaigns by coordinating content, reminders, approvals, and postings.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams and regional partners on social media -related activities.
  • Liaise with Compliance and Design teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment.

Performance Tracking & Governance

  • Track and report on social media KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, leads).
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Escalate client risk patterns or reputation-related issues when needed.


Competencies and Required Background:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with social media and content planning tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
