Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment, driving demand generation and pipeline growth while creating engaging content that translates complex cybersecurity topics for B2B.

CodeHunter is a fast-growing, innovative company that provides cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for malware identification and analysis. Our mission is to help businesses stay ahead of cyber threats by providing them with powerful tools and insights to detect and prevent malware attacks. With our state-of-the-art technology and dedicated team of experts, we are rapidly becoming a leader in the cybersecurity industry.

We’re looking for a high-impact Marketing & Demand Generation Manager who thrives on execution and pipeline growth. This is a tactical, fast-paced role focused on building a consistent engine of awareness and revenue. You will own the day-to-day tactics that bring our go-to-market strategy to life: launching multi-channel campaigns, creating compelling content, executing high-conversion events, and ensuring our sales and partner teams are equipped to win. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to plan and execute initiatives that move prospects toward a sales engagement. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer who can manage the full campaign lifecycle and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channels to drive high-quality leads.
  • Partner with sales to identify campaign priorities, manage lead nurturing, and measure lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel to ensure we are identifying and capturing right-fit, high-intent prospects for nurture and conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes to refine our campaign messaging.

Content Development & Brand Voice

  • Write and produce engaging marketing assets: case studies, blogs, email sequences, social posts, and web copy.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity topics—like binary disassembly and behavioral intent—into clear, value-driven messaging for a B2B audience.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent cadence of educational, valuable, and actionable content.

Event Management & Execution

  • Plan and execute industry trade shows, webinars, and regional roadshows—handling all logistics, promotion, and lead follow-up.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences.
  • Develop event-specific content, including booth messaging, presentations, and post-event nurture tracks.

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) with a focus on building authority in the behavioral security category.
  • Plan campaigns that support product launches and key strategic initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach within our target enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in demand generation (ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel programs that directly result in pipeline growth.
  • Exceptional writing skills—ability to adapt technical "Pre-execution" concepts into compelling business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stacks, including HubSpot, Storylane, and ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with the MSP/MSSP business model and channel-specific marketing needs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.

Why Join Us

    • Be part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company that’s transforming how organizations identify malicious intent before it ever runs.
    • Work directly with veteran leadership who have built the foundational platforms for Network, Endpoint, and Cloud security.
    • Growth opportunities to expand into senior marketing or channel roles as we scale.
