Role Overview

The Marketing and Communication Director is responsible for driving demand generation, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening brand presence through integrated, data-driven marketing and communication strategies. This role focuses on lead generation, digital performance, product launches, and commercial campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and support sales conversion. The Marketing and Communication Director operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with Sales and Commercial Leadership to shape go-to-market execution and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Actively manage leads through the funnel, ensuring effective qualification, nurturing, and handoff to Sales.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline contribution and support revenue growth targets.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Develop campaigns focused on increasing web traffic, engagement, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and website optimization.
  • Maintain and optimize company websites for performance, relevance, and commercial alignment.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Define and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
  • Develop sales enablement assets to support product positioning and opportunity conversion.
  • Grow LinkedIn followership and engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into marketing strategies.
  • Own and manage the commercial marketing budget to ensure disciplined investment and return.

Pay range: $135,000 - 150,000

Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

Bonus eligibility: This position is also eligible for a variable incentive pay component, separate from base salary.
