Transform marketing intelligence by leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making for pipeline and campaign performance.
Bloomreach is seeking a Marketing AI Analyst who is AI-native by instinct — someone who reaches for AI tools first, not last. This isn’t a role for someone who dabbles with AI on the side; it’s a role for someone who is interested in fundamentally rethinking how marketing intelligence gets built. You’ll design and deploy AI-powered workflows that transform how the Marketing team understands pipeline, campaign performance, and revenue impact. You’ll prototype agentic analytics systems, prompt-engineer your way to faster insights, and use LLMs to do in hours what manual analysis would take days to complete. The ideal candidate has already replaced spreadsheet habits with AI workflows, treats Claude, N8N, and Clay as core infrastructure, and is constantly pushing the frontier of what’s possible with AI-assisted decision-making.
You can work in one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or from home in Central and Eastern Europe on a full-time basis.
Build AI-powered marketing intelligence systems: Design and deploy agentic workflows that autonomously surface insights across channels, campaigns, and pipeline stages. Use LLMs and AI orchestration tools to replace manual analysis loops so the Marketing team gets answers proactively, not on request. Think of yourself as an AI systems architect for marketing intelligence, not just an analyst who uses AI tools.
Apply LLMs to accelerate insight generation: Use Claude and other LLM-based tools to analyze marketing performance data, generate hypotheses, summarize complex patterns, and produce strategic recommendations at speed. Build prompt libraries and reusable AI templates that allow the team to get consistent, high-quality insights without starting from scratch each time.
Design and automate AI-driven reporting pipelines: Build automated workflows using N8N and similar orchestration platforms that connect data sources, apply AI-based interpretation, and deliver insights directly to marketing teams and leadership without manual intervention. The goal is zero-touch reporting that’s smarter than any dashboard.
Own attribution and funnel intelligence with AI: Apply AI-powered attribution models to map the full customer journey from first touch to closed deal. Use predictive modeling and machine learning approaches to understand which marketing investments drive the best pipeline quality, shortest sales cycles, and highest win rates and translate that into clear budget recommendations.
Build AI-assisted experimentation frameworks: Design A/B testing and multi-variate experiments where AI helps both in hypothesis generation and in results interpretation. Use statistical analysis augmented by LLMs to identify what’s working faster, and build a culture of AI-informed experimentation across the GTM team.
Develop predictive models and AI forecasts: Use historical data and machine learning approaches to forecast pipeline generation, predict campaign performance before launch, and model the impact of budget changes. Leverage AI tools to continuously refine forecast accuracy as new data comes in.
Identify trends and anomalies using AI: Monitor performance signals across all channels and use AI-powered pattern recognition to flag underperforming areas, surface emerging opportunities, and deliver early warning signs before problems become obvious to the naked eye.
Enable the GTM team with AI literacy: Create frameworks, playbooks, and training that help non-technical teammates leverage AI tools in their own workflows. Be the bridge between raw data, AI capability, and business decision-making across marketing and sales.
Within the first 30-60 days: You’ve audited the current analytics stack and identified where AI can replace manual workflows. You’ve deployed 2-3 AI-powered reporting pipelines that deliver automated insights to the team without manual pulls. You’ve built your first LLM-assisted analysis workflow and shared it with the team. You understand the GTM data architecture and have a clear point of view on where AI can unlock the biggest gains.
After 60-90 days: You own a next-generation intelligence system where AI proactively surfaces insights rather than humans hunting for them. You’ve deployed agentic workflows that monitor channel performance and flag anomalies in real time. You’ve identified 3-5 high-impact optimization opportunities using AI-assisted pattern analysis.
By 6 months: You’ve fundamentally transformed how the GTM team consumes marketing intelligence. AI-generated insight pipelines have replaced the majority of manual reporting. You’ve built predictive models for pipeline generation and campaign performance that the team trusts and acts on. You’ve established a reusable AI workflow library that other team members can leverage. The team makes faster, more confident decisions because intelligence finds them, not the other way around.
You’re AI-native. You have hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, or similar), AI orchestration tools (N8N, Make, or equivalent), and data enrichment platforms (Clay or similar). You know how to combine these into automated pipelines that deliver real business value
You think in systems and workflows, not tasks. You see every repetitive analysis as a workflow to be automated and every manual report as a pipeline to be replaced. You design for scale from day one, building things that continue to improve over time, not things that require constant maintenance.
You obsess over marketing metrics and understand GTM deeply. You care about what actually drives revenue, and you use AI to surface those answers faster than anyone else on the team.
You’re a skilled AI prompt engineer and workflow architect. You know how to write prompts that produce reliable, structured analytical outputs from LLMs. You can build multi-step AI workflows that chain together data retrieval, AI interpretation, and automated delivery. You iterate quickly, test prompts rigorously, and build reusable systems rather than one-off solutions.
You communicate clearly and translate AI outputs into business decisions. You can take an AI-generated analysis and present it to executives, marketers, and sales leaders in language they trust and act on. You know when AI output needs human sense-checking and when it’s ready to go straight to the stakeholder.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’re excited to work where the tools, the models, and the best practices evolve weekly. You don’t need perfect data or perfect instructions. You iterate fast, you improve continuously, and you’re always pushing the frontier of what AI makes possible.
