Job Overview


We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and organized National Service Personnel to support our Corporate Affairs team. This role blends marketing, public relations, and administrative responsibilities - ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, brand building, and making a difference.


Marketing & Communications

· Assist in developing and scheduling content for social media, blog posts, and campaigns

· Support creative ideation for brand activations, product launches, and community initiatives


Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

· Draft press releases, media briefs, and talking points for events and interviews

· Assist in coordinating media outreach and maintaining press contact lists

 · Support planning and logistics for stakeholder meetings and public events


Administrative Support

· Maintain team calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare documentation

· Organize files, track deliverables, and support internal communications

· Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and event logistics


Competency Specification



Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.



Required experience and skills (must-haves) 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, PR, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
