Marketing Acquisition Lead
TLDR
Help brands launch and optimize loyalty programs through a full lifecycle of marketing campaigns involving multiple channels with a high-impact hands-on approach.
Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email and SMS, plus social, influencer, and other channels as needed
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that help our brand partners acquire, engage, and retain loyal customers
Manage our marketing CRM and the systems that support campaign operations
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, running creative and audience tests, fine-tuning targeting and copy, and adjusting strategies to improve results
Partner directly with brand clients on strategy sessions and reviews; travel occasionally for client meetings, team offsites, and key events
Report weekly to leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and results tied to KPIs
Collaborate with executive and design teams to launch cohesive, high-quality campaigns
3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition
Proven experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Strong analytical mindset; confident working with campaign data and performance metrics
Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social, influencer, etc.) and campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, automation tools, attribution, etc.). Klaviyo experience a plus.
Experience using AI tools regularly in your workflow (content, analysis, automation)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency)
Comfortable in client-facing environments interacting with brand partners and representing AnyRoad in strategic conversations
Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events
