Role: Account Manager / Client Success Manager
Hours: 9am - 6pm Mountain Standard Time
Location: Remote (Global)
Salary Range: ~$12/hour | $2,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
We are hiring a Client Operations / Client Success Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our client delivery team.
This is not a strategic marketing role. This is a structured, execution-focused position responsible for ensuring client communication, task management, and internal follow-through run smoothly across 12–15 active accounts.
This person will own organization, accountability, and momentum across all client workstreams.
Responsibilities
Account Responsibility
- Responsible for approximately 12–15 active client accounts initially
Client Communication
- Serve as the first-line contact for day-to-day client communication (email, text, Zoom)
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Proactively follow up with clients when action is required (access, approvals, verification, billing setup, etc.)Internal Coordination
- This role will work closely with:
- Paid Media Lead (oversees Google, Meta, Microsoft accounts)
- SEO Lead
- CEO (high-level oversight and strategy calls)
Task & Workflow Management
- Convert all client requests into structured tasks inside Monday.com
- Assign tasks to internal team members (Paid Media, SEO)
- Clearly communicate deadlines and expectations
- Track all tasks to completion
- Ensure nothing stalls or falls through the cracks
They would NOT be responsible for:
- Ad strategy
- SEO strategy
- Sales
- Direct campaign execution
Direct Reports
- No formal direct reports initially
- Must confidently hold team members accountable to deadlines and follow-ups
Requirements
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- English fluency (written and spoken) — client-facing daily
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Comfortable enforcing structure
- Able to confidently hold team members accountable to deadlines
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience using a task or project management system (Monday.com or similar)
- Not seeking to move into strategy or sales
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a marketing agency environment
- Experience supporting Paid Media or SEO teams operationally
- Strong documentation habits
- High attention to detail
- Proactive follow-up style
- Ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines
