Market Research & Data Assistant (Part Time)
TLDR
Conduct market research and data analysis to inform competitive strategies while maintaining structured datasets with high accuracy and detail.
Conduct competitor research and data scraping 3 times per week (e.g., pricing, promotions, service offerings, or other relevant data points)
Perform accurate data entry and maintain structured datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
Extract, clean, and consolidate data from websites and publicly available sources
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all collected and recorded data
Highlight notable trends, changes, or anomalies observed in competitor activities
Support the team in improving data tracking templates and processes over time
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured data entry
Basic understanding of online research methods
Prior experience in data entry, research, or administrative support is an advantage
Part-time role, with working hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Required to perform data scraping and data entry tasks 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
This is a 100% onsite role (Singapore) – candidate is required to work from the office
