ROLE PURPOSE 

We are seeking an analytical and market-savvy Market Intelligence and Pricing Intern to gather and analyse competitive market information for the Sales Team. This role is crucial for informing pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and identifying key selling points for Syngenta's products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about market analysis and eager to contribute to Syngenta's competitive advantage.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

  • Develop professional competencies by working alongside experienced colleagues across different functions and teams.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of Syngenta's business, products, and the agricultural industry.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Agric or equivalent
  • Have strong academic performance and motivation (Min 70% in major Subject)
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
