We’re looking for a young, hungry, high-potential starter who wants to break into B2B tech sales and help us grow Wingtra’s presence in Germany. This is a great fit if you’re straight out of university (or close), learn fast, and enjoy structured outreach + real customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and prioritize target accounts and industries in Germany (and Austria), identify key stakeholders, and build outreach lists.
Run outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate meetings and qualify leads which includes events/exhibitions.
Document all activity, learnings, and next steps clearly in HubSpot (or our CRM).
Support the sales team by routing qualified opportunities to the right commercial owner (direct sales or partners).
Help improve prospecting workflows, messaging, and tooling to make outreach more efficient and repeatable.
Capture market feedback from conversations, track competitor activity and new use cases, and share insights with the commercial team.
Support customer demos, events, and regularly travel within Germany.
Requirements
Recent graduate or close to finishing a Bachelor/Master (e.g., business, engineering, geomatics, or similar).
1-3 years in sales/business development or customer-facing roles.
Native or near-native German (High German) and strong English, written and spoken
Curious about technology and commercial topics; motivated to learn fast and take ownership.
Confident communicating with professional stakeholders and comfortable doing active outreach
Structured, reliable, and able to work independently while keeping good CRM hygiene
Willing to travel 60 % regularly within Germany for demos/events.

First experience in sales in B2B environment
Experience with HubSpot (or any CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tooling.
Experience with technology, drones, mapping, surveying, or related industries.
