Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Trainer who is bilingual in Spanish to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. 

The Manufacturing Trainer will foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous improvement. When training is not needed, this employee will complete assembly related tasks in a manufacturing environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to complete production schedule on time.
  • Accepts personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
  • Accurately and timely completes all required reporting functions.
  • Use computer-based documentation systems to find, view, and print specifications and procedures.
  • Disposes of scrap/rejected material appropriately and according to safety regulations.
  • Clean and assemble equipment while following safety procedures and practices and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
  • Disposes hazardous materials appropriately, operates machinery, and interacts with computer-controlled equipment and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes, both formal & informal, in a way that new hires can comprehend.
  • An open communication style creates a setting where employees are comfortable asking questions.
  • Relevant production experience within the last 5 years.
  • Ability to understand and follow simple assembly instructions.
  • Ability to cross-train jobs and rotate as needed,
  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, and kneel without assistance.
  • Ability to independently lift up to 30 lbs. and/or team lift material over 30 lbs.
  • Must be a team player.
