Who we are looking for

We are seeking an exceptionally driven Quality Technician L1 to join our team in New Kensington, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing quality control and a strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications. This role requires careful attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.

What you get to do

  • Perform inspections and tests according to defined measurement plans and report results
  • Collaborate with quality and project engineering to provide information on test and inspection results
  • Build Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection programs for new components and improve existing programs
  • Ensure component compliance with all requirements
  • Accurately complete quality and traceability documentation for all activities
  • Participate in our culture of continuous improvement

What you bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of background in manufacturing quality control and CMM operation
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures, including comprehensive knowledge of reading geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Prior experience using PC-DMIS software for CMM operation preferred
  • Experience operating within an AS9100 and ISO9001 facility preferred
  • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
