ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in an on-site position in Henderson, Nevada.
The Project Manager partners closely with executive leadership to design, execute, and track strategic initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, quality, service, safety, facilities, and enterprise production systems. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, driving digitalization and automation initiatives, and establishing a standardized, scalable enterprise process landscape that supports operational excellence and business growth.
This position is fully onsite and operates on a weekday schedule from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Project Manager reports directly to the EVP of Operations and serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute strategic operations projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives. Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, quality, MRP/ERP systems, service, safety, facilities, and enterprise production systems. Drive company-wide initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and operational efficiency. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive framework for the enterprise process landscape to promote standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Executive & Cross-Functional Support: Support the EVP of Operations with daily business activities, strategic planning, and coordination across departments. Prepare for, facilitate, and follow up on executive-level meetings, including tracking decisions, action items, and milestones. Gather, analyze, and synthesize business data to develop clear, concise executive-level presentations. Develop and implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate critical business performance metrics to senior leadership.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, proactively identify variances, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate project meetings, communicate milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks that may impact project scope, schedule, or outcomes.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all projects adhere to company quality standards, safety policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production, logistics, supply chain, quality, service, and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Document lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficient understanding of database management and Material Requirements Planning/Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP/ERP) systems.
Experience with value stream design and production systems
Experience in automotive and/or factory automation environments is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to walk traverse production floors and manufacturing sites.
Lifting of light equipment or materials as needed
