About the Company

You will be joining a fast-growing direct-to-consumer product company that works with external manufacturing partners to bring physical products to market. The business operates in a high-volume, detail-driven environment where execution, clarity, and follow-through are critical to success. Manufacturing experience is not required — strong systems, communication, and project ownership are what matter most.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Production Project Manager, you will act as the single owner of manufacturing timelines, tracking, and communication across all products and product iterations. This is a hands-on, execution-first role focused on ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll manage inputs from multiple internal stakeholders, translate fragmented notes into clear action items, and communicate precisely with manufacturers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and keeping complex workflows moving forward without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage manufacturing and production timelines across all products and iterations

  • Track product progress from development through production using clear, accurate trackers

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on status, risks, dependencies, and changes

  • Gather, reconcile, and organize notes and inputs from internal team members

  • Translate internal requirements into clear, written communication for manufacturers

  • Follow up consistently with manufacturers to confirm progress, changes, and deadlines

  • Proactively identify risks, delays, missing inputs, and blockers

  • Escalate issues when timelines are at risk or required information is missing

  • Build and maintain clean, reliable systems for production tracking and documentation

  • Ensure decisions, updates, and changes are clearly recorded and accessible

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination

  • Exceptionally organized with strong personal systems for tracking work

  • Comfortable owning complex, multi-product workflows end-to-end

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

  • Confident following up persistently with internal teams and external partners

  • Experienced with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion)

  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and highly accountable

  • Able to learn manufacturing workflows and timelines quickly (training provided)

  • Comfortable working full-time aligned to U.S. / EST business hours
