What You'll Do

  • Ensure efficient production of key components and end products

People Leadership & Development

  • Build reporting structures aligned with German headquarters
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple departments
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
  • Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative work environment

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Quality Management: Oversee Quality and QM department to maintain high standards
  • Procurement: Collaborate with headquarters procurement team for cost-effective sourcing
  • R&D: Coordinate with engineers to support innovation and continuous improvement
  • Sales Support: Provide operational support to China Sales Account Manager

Strategic Operations Management

Requirements

  • Educational Background & Experience
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years in operations management, preferably manufacturing environment

    • Technical Skills: Experience with healthcare/laboratory products preferred
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, and quality management
