Manufacturing (NPI) Intern

We are innovative, focused, and rapidly growing. We are continuously looking for team players who will stop at nothing to deliver state-of-the-art solutions as part of Team Rapsodo. Join our dynamic and growing team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Intern, where you'll be exposed to the different stages of NPI for Rapsodo’s upcoming products to be released. You will also be exposed to the manufacturing environment of how our products are built and supported by our Research & Development (R&D) Team. 

NPI is the end-to-end process of bringing a new product to the market from design concept to the end customer. It broadly encompasses the following stages of the engineering team: Lab Prototypes (LP), Production Prototypes (PP) & Production Ramp (PR). 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Gain invaluable exposure into Singapore’s Technology Sector 

• Be exposed to the different stages of the NPI process for Rapsodo’s upcoming products 

• Assist with building prototypes 

• Provide feedback for the prototypes you build 

• Be involved in investigative study with our R&D Team 

• Be exposed to working with our Software Test Team, Purchasing Team as well as Manufacturing Team 

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen / PR and a Credit Bearing Internship from a Local University / Polytechnic

• Pursuing Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline 

• Responsible, hardworking and a team player 

• Good attitude to learn and contribute to the team 

• Pro-active, organized & meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

• Have strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
