About the Role:
The primary function of this position is to work with shift supervisor(s) to lead and direct team members in our Manufacturing Department in the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art encapsulators. Ensuring that the team is fulfilling orders on schedule and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while doing so.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous leadership experience and mechanical background preferred.
